CC MEETING (May) -- Update

Incoming CC Chairman George Clyde has confirmed the dates (10-11 May) and venue (Holiday Inn Valencia) of the next CC meeting:

• Mon 9 May: Racing Rules Seminar followed by a no-host dinner for CC Reps, Alternates, spouses and CC-invited guests.
• Tue 10 May: CC meeting and dinner kindly hosted by Louis Vuitton that evening for CC Reps, Alternates and spouses.
• Wed 11 May: CC meeting.

Leading up to the CC Meeting:

• Mon 18 April: Preliminary Agenda circulated for comments and additions through 28 April.
  
• Sun 1 May: Revised Preliminary Agenda circulated for final comments by 3 May.
  
• Wed 4 May: Agenda and associated materials circulated.
