CC MEMO -- Challenge Fees

The fee to the Challenger Commission shall have been paid “upon challenging” (Protocol 3.4(b)(i)), regardless of when or whether the Challenge is or is not accepted as valid by SNG.

The Chairman has asked ACM CEO M Bonnefous to so advise prospective challengers, as well as the ACM and SNG people involved in receiving such challenges. The ACM CFO can provide to prospective challengers the account information for the Challenger Commission so that they may wire the monies to our CC account before this Friday's 1600 deadline.

If the prospective challenger requires a place for physical delivery of a check to the CC, they will need to contact the Chairman (whose contact information is available from ACM) to arrange that. The Chairman is in Valencia this week.

The CC will check with our bank at 1600 on Friday to see which, if any, challengers have wired such monies in lieu of physical delivery.
