REGATTA DIRECTOR -- Regatta Notice #6, Code of Conduct for Regatta Officials

Regatta Director Dyer Jones has issued a "Code of Conduct for Regatta Officials" for AC 32 under cover of Regatta Notice #6.

The purpose of the Code of Conduct is to "provide a framework for Regatta Officials and all America’s Cup Competitors to act in an open and appropriate manner with each other; and to aid consistency and quality of Regatta Officials decisions."

Also issued under Regatta Notice #6 is a "Schedule of Fees for Regatta Officials" for measurers and umpires temporarily retained by teams in accordance with the Code of Conduct. It applies from 1 April 2004 through 1 March 2007. The Schedule of Fees is posted here, password-protected for the CC.
