VALENCIA CRÓNICA -- Día de la Bici

This Sunday (tomorrow) is the Día de la Bici or Cycling Day here in Valencia - a yearly event organised by a cycling club Bici- Club Valencia. This is the 9th year. Last year 8,000 people came along - this year even more are expected.

The route is totally flat, 12km along roads closed to traffic. What a great opportunity to cycle around Valencia.

Venue: Paseo La Alameda
Date: Sunday September 25th 2005
Time: Gather at 9.00 and set off at 10.00 am
Who: Anyone any age with a bike.

Pick up your entry form at 9.00 am on Sunday Paseo la Alameda. This is also your ticket for a souvenir T-shirt, refreshments and the free drawing for 10 mountain bikes.
